Our Story

It all began 26 years ago with “Just Picture It Now,” hand-pressing cherished photos onto mugs, pillowcases, T-shirts—even boxer shorts. Low-tech, low-profit, but driven by one idea: turn someone’s favorite memories into everyday magic.

In 2005, a stint in network-marketing travel sharpened our copywriting, systems, and growth mindset. By 2007, our “Sunday Scribbles” blog—under the tagline “If you had more money and more time, what would you do?”—hit 1,000 subscribers in three months. Consistency was our secret sauce.

Fast-forward to 2011, and we revived a “Books Are Fun” territory from $300K to over $1 million in revenue, thanks to personalized email blasts, door-to-door “Book Man” deliveries, and a relentless community focus. When COVID-19 struck in 2020, we pivoted to 100% online, learned hard lessons, and emerged stronger than ever.

We’re Douglas and Ronda Bauknight, a happily married entrepreneurial duo with over 25 years of partnering with schools, educators, and families to blend learning and laughter. We wouldn’t trade this adventure for anything.
