30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags intact and in its original packaging—and you must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, email us at ClassroomCare@EDUHaHa.com. We’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at ClassroomCare@EDUHaHa.com, and we’ll make it right.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also cannot accept returns on hazardous materials or gift cards. Sale items are final sale.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you’re located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must meet the same return eligibility criteria above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact ClassroomCare@EDUHaHa.com.
